I really dig this place, the crew is awesome, and I'm a huge fan of Harry Potter!

I stumbled upon this site last year and thought I'd check out the store while I was in London. Let me tell ya, it did not let me down! The staff really know their stuff when it comes to Harry Potter. If you're a fan of the series and find yourself in London, you gotta swing by!

I stumbled upon this place through some social media posts while I was in London. Since it was my final day there before heading back to the States, and being a huge Harry Potter fan, I couldn't have wished for a better experience.

This is the largest Harry Potter store in London, apart from the Warner Bros tours. It's incredible and definitely a place you gotta check out when you're in the city.

I've placed two orders from this place and I'm really impressed. As a huge fan of Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings, I think this shop is amazing. I've visited in person and also shopped online, and both times were awesome—from the staff to the selection of products. I wholeheartedly suggest checking out this store!

I had a really positive experience with the service, as they kept me in the loop about my package. On the flip side, the website could use some work; one of the items I ordered had to be refunded because it was out of stock, even though it was still shown as available online. That said, they did keep me updated and processed the refund quickly.

I’m giving it 4 stars since one of the items I wanted was out of stock after I placed my order. It showed as 'in stock' when I ordered, though. On the bright side, the customer service was great about letting me know what was up. Plus, the delivery was super quick!

I’m giving this company a solid five stars plus for their delivery service. That said, the two hoodies showed up separately, and neither package had any paperwork. Trying to get the company to respond to my emails about return instructions has been a bit of a hassle. I sent one email last week and another just a couple of days ago. I even tried the 'chat with us' feature, but no one was around to help. I really hope this review gets someone’s attention.

After posting this, I did get a quick response, and it looks like we’re on track to sort things out. I’ve got to say, I’m impressed with their follow-up. Not sure what happened to my earlier emails or the chat, but I’m feeling a lot better now that there’s some progress. Thanks, House Of Spells!

I took a quick trip to London with my 10-year-old daughter, who’s totally obsessed with Harry Potter. She had a blast with the potions, but they were kinda heavy to lug around all day. So, I decided to order them online while heading back home, and they showed up all nicely wrapped just two days later. Plus, free delivery was a sweet perk! Hey there! I ordered a Slytherin hoodie, but I ended up with a Ravenclaw one instead. The info about pickup times was kinda off, but luckily I didn’t stick to it and picked it up anyway. This was meant to be a gift for a buddy I was visiting overseas the next day, so returning it wasn’t really an option.

This is one of the top-notch shops in London where you can grab all the gifts you've been dreaming of from your favorite franchises. The online shopping experience was fantastic, with quick delivery and customer service that’s super easy to reach. I’m definitely gonna buy from them again!!!
